Look for the Good

“Be a Good Finder”

This year is different than any other year! It’s a challenging time to see the good amongst the chaos and tribulations we are encountering. Many of us are isolated and not able to be with family, so If you are lucky enough to be with family and friends this Thanksgiving, be in gratitude. If you are not able to be in the company of family and friends, cherish the peacefulness the solitude brings. Look for reasons to be grateful.

So often, we find ourselves harshly judging both ourselves as well as others. We’ve been raised and programmed to do so. We often want to see ourselves “better than”, when in truth we may feel we are lacking in some regard. Unfortunately, judgments brings about blame, guilt, and shame. If you feel into these energetics, it doesn’t feel so good, does it? When we feel into this and realize it feels heavy and constrictive, we become aware we are out of alignment with Source.

I've noticed it's easier to fall into the trap of judging and criticizing, and yet when I consciously choose to be vigilant and focus on love and grace, I am an agent of change. This is how true change comes about; it begins with each one of us choosing to look for the good.

Fighting for any cause or against any person means a continual battle ensues. There is no winner, only more of the same. You have to look no further than our history. When we judge, weather it be ourselves or another, this is based in a limited fear based belief system. Good, bad or right, wrong is of a third dimensional frequency and this is what we are transforming out of. This dualistic addictive behavior promotes a negative cycle, where no one ever wins.

This year, it is all coming up to be cleared. If we don’t choose differently, then we’re going to experience more of the same. As Albert Einstein said, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results."

If we can look at our differences as gifts to be appreciated, than everyone wins. Each individual has unique qualities and gifts, and when we focus on this, everyone benefits. Let’s choose to be a neutral observer. Patience, unconditional love, and kind thoughts, words and prayers are elixirs when anger, judgment and guilt are amplified.

If you are struggling, know you are not alone. And if you are not struggling, know you can assist another with a kind thought, word or deed. Being compassionate to yourself and others is the key. Remember always you are loved and supported. You need only ask and the Angels are with you!
