When You Get Triggered



What to do

Being triggered can be viewed from a positive of a negative perspective. Sometimes we get angry and complain about the people or situations that trigger us. When in fact they can be our greatest teachers.

Very often it is a family member that triggers us. It is easy to stand strong and centered with a stranger, friend or foe. When it comes to the beloved family; sibling, parent, child or spouse-it is not so easy to shrug off or disregard. It may not be an easy ride. Yet, it creates a great opportunity for healing to occur, doesn't it? For we then learn where we are off kilter, and can make the necessary changes in order to center ourselves and be in alignment.Typically when viewed from a place of neutrality, we can observe a particular pattern or habit we have exhibited and resolve to change it.

Once we see that we have allowed ourselves to be triggered, we can make another choice moving forward. It all begins with an awareness and a choice to choose differently next time. Call upon Archangel Metatron for assistance, and the path will be smoothed over for you~ as you listen and take the appropriate action. It's up to you. No one else can do this for you!

We each have a choice. Do we react or respond? Perhaps we simply disengage, or remove ourselves from that particular environment. Maybe we need to set better boundaries for ourselves. Maybe it offers us the opportunity of forgiveness~to them and ourselves.

By setting your intention on remaining centered and balanced-know that you are making a difference in creating harmony in your life. This is how you create a ripple effect, which in turn helps others along their path. Thank you for sharing your light as it is greatly needed at this juncture.
