Autumn

I've always loved the Fall. The air is crisp beckoning us to walk outside, shushing through the leaves, while enjoying the beauty surrounding us. Autumn is the most colorful season with colors of gold, orange and red creating the fall foliage. Each is a unique expression~and so are we. 

Giving Thanks happily has been marked with a national holiday. This is a wonderful beginning. When we give thanks we draw our attention to everything we appreciate.

When we place our attention on what we are grateful for-what happens? We attract more of what we Do want into our life.

What if we gave thanks on a daily basis? When we concentrate on what we are grateful for on a consistent basis, we create a momentum of good thoughts and feelings. Simply appreciate all of the good things in your life: delicious, nutritious meals, clean water and shelter; being healthy and active; supportive network of family and friends, to name a few. Do not take anything for granted. Thank God as you awaken each morning, for you are alive.

The contrasts in your life assist you in realizing your preferred experiences. Keep a Gratitude journal and watch your life shift in miraculous ways. Each day is filled with new hopes, love, tears, lessons, accomplishments, all stitched together creating a beautiful tapestry of your unique life.

Thank you for for allowing me to be a part of your life. I appreciate your beauty, your curiosity and your sincerity.

Archangel Michael's Message

I've been traveling in Lake Louise and Banff. Archangel Michael is known as the Prince of the Archangels and serves on the blue ray of God's will, protection and faith. His etheric retreat and that of his complement, Archeai Faith, is the Temple of Faith and Protection located over Lake Louise in Banff National Park, in Canada.

Archangel Michael carries a shield and sword as he shares this message. "We are being reminded to be tenacious, have courage and emanate the love we are. We are hear to be balanced and to remain steadfast in our knowingness. Don't allow others to draw you into the drama, rather be grounded, calm and loving. Choose to be kind at every turn, thereby creating a new pattern for yourself and humanity. You are the way showers and you must be ever vigilant. Call upon me for courage if your faith waivers. I am always by your side, call upon me often and feel my presence. You are a powerful light-worker. You are being asked to step into your power in a loving, courageous manner."

When You Get Triggered

What to do

Being triggered can be viewed from a positive of a negative perspective. Sometimes we get angry and complain about the people or situations that trigger us. When in fact they can be our greatest teachers.

Very often it is a family member that triggers us. It is easy to stand strong and centered with a stranger, friend or foe. When it comes to the beloved family; sibling, parent, child or spouse-it is not so easy to shrug off or disregard. It may not be an easy ride. Yet, it creates a great opportunity for healing to occur, doesn't it? For we then learn where we are off kilter, and can make the necessary changes in order to center ourselves and be in alignment.Typically when viewed from a place of neutrality, we can observe a particular pattern or habit we have exhibited and resolve to change it.

Once we see that we have allowed ourselves to be triggered, we can make another choice moving forward. It all begins with an awareness and a choice to choose differently next time. Call upon Archangel Metatron for assistance, and the path will be smoothed over for you~ as you listen and take the appropriate action. It's up to you. No one else can do this for you!

We each have a choice. Do we react or respond? Perhaps we simply disengage, or remove ourselves from that particular environment. Maybe we need to set better boundaries for ourselves. Maybe it offers us the opportunity of forgiveness~to them and ourselves.

By setting your intention on remaining centered and balanced-know that you are making a difference in creating harmony in your life. This is how you create a ripple effect, which in turn helps others along their path. Thank you for sharing your light as it is greatly needed at this juncture.

A Wave of Light is Accelerating a Quickening

On this particular Spring Equinox we are being Offered a Unique Opportunity!

 "The Great Awakening of 2018."

The time is upon us of a New Dawn. The light streaming through on the Spring Equinox on March 20th, 2018 will provide a catalyst for lasting change. Our solar system is entering a part of the Milky Way galaxy of higher energy, which is infusing Gaia and all of her inhabitants with this light.
This opening will provide a doorway of Light- a metamorphosis in a shift of consciousness. Consciousness is Awareness. The wave of change is affecting your awareness of what is possible. It is offering you abundant, new understandings ~ if you allow it to.
In order to be able to assimilate the vast amount of light this doorway and portal are providing, there are steps you can take to prepare yourself.
Some assembly is required.

* Learn to hold your attention in the present moment. Center yourself. Relax, absorb and embrace the Light.

* Raise your vibrations in order to assimilate the vast amounts of  Light streaming through.
Specifically, let go of negative thoughts and feelings. Practice what it feels like to let go of Resentments. For example, if while driving your car, you are cut off by another-offer blessings and love, rather than feeling anger, fear or frustration. Practice, practice, practice- letting go of un forgiveness and resentments.

* Set a clear intention of wholeness and oneness. See it, feel it, be it.

* Nourish yourself with organic fresh plant based food and pure, clean water. Let go of all addictions-including sugar and salt.  When you are triggered by another become aware of how sugar, offers the diversion of sugarcoating the situation.

* Commune with Nature- allow the elements of nature to nurture you. Ground yourself to the New Earth and anchor in the new light codes and be fully supported.

* Allow the changes to occur, rather than Resisting the changes. Resistance causes tension, anxiety and pain. While Allowing offers a wonderful array of new possibilities.

Success on this pathway requires you to create and hold a clear intention to become fully conscious and know yourself. Everything is occurring in Divine alignment as you awaken to the truth of your existence. You are Love. You are a Powerful Creator. Attune and Allow the Light energies to usher in the New.

You have the choice to align your 11 Vibration in Love, Compassion & Unity....what do you chose?

In numerology, the energy of the Universal Year (the calendar year) weaves a universal theme of potential through our lives.  How you then work with the energy of the 11 Universal Year will be dependent on you. 

The last time we experienced a Universal 11 Year was in 2009, and then before that the last Universal 11 year was in 1910... thus well over 99% of the worlds population have only ever experienced one or two Universal Year 11 vibrations in their lifetime... so this is a huge opportunity for our entire planet!

In numerology the number 11 is a Master Number - ‘Master’ meaning it is of intense/high vibrational frequency and works within the etherial, magical and transcendental realms of creation. Master numbers possess great potential for learning and growth, and can bring major transformations in your life.

The number 11 is the most intuitive number and is a clear channel to the subconscious. It is the number of leadership, personal power and spiritual truths. The number 1 by itself represents leadership, initiative and new beginnings (2017 was a Universal ‘1’ Year in Numerology)... thus two number 1’s together opens a gateway of potential far greater than the sum of its parts.   It is like taking the Universal Year ‘1’ energy of 2017 and amping it up to the max in 2018 as a double ‘1’ = 11 energy. 

Our Universal 11 Year is our Wakeup call to remember how beautiful the world feels when we experience our lives through our hearts and how when we choose to create Heaven on Earth in everything we do, we awaken the best in ourselves and inspire others to do the same.

In a Universal 11 Year we have the FREEDOM to really SEE ourselves from a greater level of awareness or consciousness.  Just like looking at our reflection in the water, we are drawn during 2018 to take a good hard look at areas in our life where we have held ourselves back, stayed small for fear of rejection, or limited our growth for fear of failure.  What do you ‘see’ when you take a deep introspective look at your life in this  moment, what is the universe reflecting back to you in this Universal 11 Year.

The highest potential of a Universal 11 Year will flourish to new heights when you choose to let go of what you ‘think’ you need to do/be in 2018 and tap into a much greater resource of energy within you… how you ‘feel’.   Our brain perceives our world/environment to be a certain way, hence our lives may follow a course based on these perceptions.  There really is no correct ‘up’ or no correct direction to represent reality… we only perceive a situation from the place we are viewing the situation from.  If you were to take your awareness outside of Earth, into outer space and view the Earth from every angle you would discover is that there really is no true North South East & West per se…as these directions change from the position you are viewing the Earth from.  Interesting!!!

When you ‘feel’, you are letting go of limiting beliefs, unconscious imprints, the way your brain analyses and perceives a situation and instead you become a conduit of infinite solutions & potentialities through the field of infinite intelligence.  This is what a Universal 11 Year holds in store for us, the ability to move outside of ourselves and ‘feel into’ a higher consciousness, a world more beautiful through our Hearts.  

This is a place where miracles really do happen, deepest hurts are healed and forgiveness comes with ease as there is no limitation to how brightly you can shine.
