Ushering in the Divine Feminine

                                         http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14Yfqp7nZYE

Mother Mary is assisting us in ushering in the Divine feminine and the powerful frequencies of light that are here to support our awakening.  As I was looking at this picture of Mother Mary I first noticed the rainbow of colors adorning her. Then I saw a beautiful lavender heart to the right of her on the wall, and realized how truly blessed we are!!

Numerically 2017 is a one year, 2+0+1+7=10 and 1+0=1. One is the number that reflects rebirth, transformation and new beginnings. This is a time when we can find creative solutions and begin to create more meaningful experiences.  The energy of One is positive, strong, pure and creative.  New Years Day, January 1, 2017, will be 1 (month) 1 (day) 1 (year) = 1-1-1. Eleven days later, January 11, 2017, will be a 1 (month) 11 (day) 1 (year) = 1-11-1 or 11:11. Eleven is the master number that reflects the transformation of the physical into the Divine. 11:11 is the sacred geometric coding within Humanity’s DNA that began initiating Humanity’s Awakening several decades ago.

The awakening can appear on a subtle level. When you move out of the noise and drama you begin to be much more in touch with the light frequencies that are here to support you on your journey. As you detach from the external world and focus more clearly and precisely on your own awakening, you become aware of the high vibrational frequencies that are coming forth washing and bathing you. You are filled with peace, calm and clarity as your DNA structures are re-calibrating to the 5th dimensional frequencies. As you come into alignment with your I am presence, you vibrate to the frequencies of love, peace, joy and beauty.

Make the commitment and intention to open yourself to the Divine feminine, especially during this time between January 1st and January 11th.  You are a powerful creator. Do not get drawn into the dramas and noise taking place for they are mere distractions and will lower your vibrational frequencies. Plant the seeds of vital health, abundance and joy.  Be an open channel- receive and allow the Universe to support you in ease and grace!

Love, Light, and Laughter,
Kathy

The Essence of Love over the Holidays

This December share your love and your light to help humanity transcend the challenging times.

This is a wonderful time, and yet it can also be a challenging time. The element of love comes from the vast regions of Source. It comes in waves upon waves to impact and create change-change in the earth, change in humanities perceptions and change in human life. It impacts you in many, many different ways.  It can be perceived as intense.
You are playing an important role. Be open to receive, as it opens up change in the physical embodiment. You set the foundations of change through your thoughts, and feelings. By consistently holding the element of love from God, understand you are love. Wave after wave of light is coming. Wave after wave of love is coming. when the massive influxes come, receive them in gratitude. Absorb the waves that assist you to bring to your attention all that needs to be cleared. The waves bring up things that require your attention in full view to be changed. Secrets are coming up to be cleared away. Upheavals are arising to be relieved in the presence of love.Love is more than an emotion. Love is a powerful foundation, and has no polarities-it has no opposite.
Love is pure and whole into itself. When it is purely manifested you alter form and you change your awareness.

Set your intention, create a frequency of love, take a breath, see the intention come to fruition and see everything change.  When you create a different frequency, you change your universe. That is power. That is freedom. Be the love, be the change you wish to see.

Wishing you a Blessed Christmas, Chanukah and Holiday Season.
love and light,
Kathy

Winds of Change

We are living in times of great change within our world system – a time of breakdown and breakthrough.  Change is occurring in the form of economic, political and cultural turmoil. Tumultuous weather patterns are also arising.

“It is not possible to avoid your current necessity of change or to precisely predict the means and extent to which it will occur, thus avoidance and control are not the actions to carry you through".

What then does assist You in remaining Stable?

At such times the foremost imperative is to turn your creative attention and positive intent to simplifying processes, being ready to frequently recalibrate your plans.

When change occurs Be in a space of observation allowing yourself to look and listen to the "still small voice" within to see which course of action or non action may be best for you.

At such times of noise and chaos, there are certain wise choices that assist you in remaining calm, stable and centered.

Imperatives for navigating seemingly more chaotic times.

7  Wise Actions

Here are 7 wise actions, imperatives that when applied will serve us best.  Though they are common concepts, these six ideas, altogether, form a guideline for a productive response.

1. Be Flexible- As the tree allows the wind to pass through while also remaining steadfast and grounded, with the art of allowing you no longer resist the change and are open to receive without expectations or attachments.

2.  Simplicity - Simple things are excellent right now.  We could make this our first imperative:  Seek elegant simplicity.  Simplify life; trimming where possible, choosing simplicity in our responses and interactions with others too.

When things are chaotic, it is wise to devote our resources to our core interests and requirements, simplifying everything else.

There will, of course, be much we cannot or choose not to stop.  For those, the art is in continuing with simplicity of mind, emotion and energy expenditure.

3. Creative Approach – Adopting a creative approach alters time and space, it smoothes the current moment as well as the path ahead.  It brings focus to Now and entertains and engages our minds, breaking patterns of fear, worry and confusion.

Creativity is fun and a sense of fun is invaluable when navigating challenging times.  We can bring creativity to our mental patterns, our emotional feelings and responses, and to the story we are telling ourselves about our lives.

We move our life and dreams forward with greater ease and enjoyment when we think and respond creatively.

4. Positive Intent – Without our positive intent, our passage is far riskier and the outcome more vulnerable to the capricious winds.

Positive intent isn’t hoping for the best or trying to keep a good attitude.  It means we first determine where we, and our world, are headed - the new shore, that new way of living and being.  We determine what it will be.  Then we add our steady intention to this positive decision

Positive intent includes a meaningful commitment to our choice of outcome, holding steady and doing whatever it takes to see it through.

This action of determining what will positively be the outcome and then steadily holding it is more important even than the end result that may take longer than expected.  This is being a conscious, awakened, dreamer.  It is one of the most important gifts we offer our changing world.

Our sustained and clearly self-determined intention creates our forward movement.

Our intent to thrive serves as the magnetic attractor for guidance, strength and especially the spontaneous factors that shift probabilities from potential for disaster to certain safe harbor.

5. Community - Our safety and support is found in our community.  It’s wise to strengthen our friendships and family bonds wherever possible, engaging in our communities whether individual, social, religious, work, or even the virtual ones.  While supporting them and receiving support we can reinvent within them to our own delight, wherever possible.

As we transform our actions and relationships within our various communities we literally see the new cities arise on the far shore.

6. Sustained Action - Action is absolutely necessary.  The pitching rowboat is less precarious when we man the oars, so we row, row, row.

Without action there is no forward movement.

Without movement, the rowboat founders and is easily turned and capsized by the oncoming waves.

7. Reinvention – In a volatile system we need a gift for spontaneous reinvention.  Successful passage lies in our ability to be responsive to sudden changes, recalibrating and reinventing our dreams quickly when needed.

To reinvent masterfully, remain flexible and connect within to find your inner compass.

In a nutshell, we can navigate our current world best when we streamline our lives by remaining flexible, simplifying, being creative, strengthening our communities, holding positive intent, sustaining balanced action and looking within and connecting with your highest wisdom.  Doing these, we should be ready to shift toward greater opportunity and ease of passage even in chaos!

Shifting together into better ways of being and doing is the exciting opportunity within systems experiencing heightened complexity and chaotic change.

I wish you my fellow travelers, safe passage through these turbulent times.  Remember that regardless of what happens, regardless of where and in what situations we find ourselves in, let us remember that above all else, we are the creators of our reality. Be a shining light. And have a good journey.

Love,
Kathy

You Choose

September

                                                                 You Choose

Above is an image of the Tree of life. This is being shared to remind you Wisdom and Knowledge belongs to All of creation.

As I mentioned in my video, we are in a unique span of time. Astrologically, the Lions gate began on 8/8/16 and culminates on the auspicious 9/9/9-September 9, 2016 (9th, 18th and 27th)(in numerology, the numbers are added up to a single digit, so the year reflects  2+1+6) This window offers you a powerful opportunity as it provides the space of the void. During this time of the void its important to pay particular attention to what your thinking and what your feeling, as the energies are magnified.

You choose. Do you want to be plugged into the ever increasing noisy external environment that surrounds you? Or would you prefer playing in the quiet, peaceful and happy energies that lie within? You’ve been given free will and you decide what you wish to place your attention on. Remember what you place your attention on expands-so make it uplifting, powerful and enjoyable! Let go of the old outdated limiting beliefs as they won’t work anymore. Allow the new to unfold in miraculous ways.

You are transforming into the new so stay in the now, manifest love and think with your heart.

Love,
Kathy

Which Sandbox do You Chose to Play in?

Ahh, Summer’s here!  It’s the perfect time to ask yourself, "which sandbox do I want to play in"?  There’s the same old familiar sandbox there for you. Yes you know what to expect- more of the same. More of the same patterns. More of the same habits. More of the same games.

Or, there’s  a magical sandbox that’s waiting just for you. You get to decide what is in it.  As you allow your inner child to come forward, you step into the imaginary realm where dreams really do come true.  There’s just one thing though, you have to believe whatever you dream can come true.  Not to worry, you’ve been doing it all along. Perhaps you weren’t even aware that what you placed your attention on, you created in your life.  Allow any resistance to rise up and be gently swept away by the soft fluid waters.  Now take a good deep cleansing breath, letting the warm air cleanse you as you tap into your higher self expanding your perceptions and horizons. Feel the silkiness of the sand as it sifts through your hands knowing its there to be molded, waiting for your creation to take affect.  Bring in the radiance of the sunshine to illuminate the truth; You are Love and Light.

That’s it, easy does it.

InJoy,

Kathy

Connecting with the Energies

THE MAGIC OF THE SLOW LANE

(AKA IF IT'S NOT WORKING, DON'T PUSH IT)

Are you finding things in your life to be blocked, complicated, or more difficult than usual? Then slow down, as these last two weeks in May are not supportive of rushing, over-achieving or pushing forward. Let the magic of the slow lane carry you forward now… and you will find lighter energy becomes available to you when you do.

                                                          Stop and Smell the Roses.

Give yourself the time to slow down and listen.  The more frenetic you are the more off balance  you will feel.  Easy does it is the motto of the times. Follow this in your approach to life and allow things to come to you. Change your inner state and see how the Universe responds to you.
Love,
Kathy

Spring is a perfect time to breathe some fresh air into your space. Peace is something that is often lacking in our homes due to a number of physical, spiritual and emotional influences.

Everything is Energy. Your home is a reflection of who you are.  What does your home say about you?  I ask this not to bring you to a place of judgment, rather to bring about an awareness.  Once you have an awareness of how your home feels, you can then make adjustments to create a gracious balance. From the foods we eat and the clothes we wear, to the overall lifestyles we live, it's all about balance - and home décor is no different. So, it is literally as within so without. Your outside world is really an exact reflection of your inner world.

Years back I designed The Serenity room at the Jedediah Hawkins Show house. I did this because I saw the need for people to slow down, to reconnect wIth themselves in serene surroundings. It is vital that you keep things simple because it is from this energy that all things flow with greater grace and ease in your life.  Allow yourself to feel the deep serenity that resides within and enjoy the pleasure as it is reflected in the beauty of  your home.

Call upon Archangel Jophiel to assist you in creating a peaceful and nurturing environment.  Listen and take action as directed.  Enjoy the journey!

Blessings,
Kathy

"When we wish for something our consciousness opens to receiving it like a flower unfolding its petals to receive a bee".

"When we wish for something our consciousness opens to receiving it like a flower unfolding its petals to receive a bee". by Madisyn Taylor

From blowing dandelion seeds into the air to throwing a penny into a fountain, we have all felt inspired to make a wish, to whisper our secret desires into the ears of the universe and wait for signs that we have been heard. Some wishes come true while others remain ethereal visions that either stay with us or fade like a star in the light of morning. Whether they come true or not, wishes are important missives, expressing our heart’s desire as well as our intention to create something new in our lives. When we wish for something, our consciousness opens to receiving it, like a flower unfolding its petals to receive a bee.

There is something innocent and magical about making a wish, something that recalls the energy of childhood. Wishing is not about formulating a plan and following it step by step to attain a goal, which is the realm of the rational mind. Allow yourself to feel the feelings of what your wish feels like.  You are making the connection with your hearts true desires.  Typically what arises after the feelings of excitement run through you, come the questions and concerns about why “it" can’t happen to you.  It’s ok, let them arise and be taken away by the soft breezes of the springtime air. This is an opportunity for you to see what is not in alignment with your highest good, and to love it free!

Wishing is more like a playful volley across the universe, an invitation to play. If you have given up wishing in favor of more adult pursuits, you might want to bring its magic back into your life. The next time you see the first star of the evening, or find yourself in front of a birthday cake covered in flaming candles, give yourself the gift of the magical realm that you knew so well as a child—, close your eyes, open your heart, and make your wish.

My wish for you is to breath deeply and allow the freshness of the Springtime to gently enter and support you as you experience the light and love that You are.

Love,

Kathy

Living Simply

Here we are in the beginning of the year, and I find it's a perfect time to Simplify my life. I was going through my emails, and found this message and felt it was perfect to share with you.
Enjoy!
love,
Kathy

That key is Simple Living or the idea of simplifying life in order to shed away what is unnecessary, inauthentic and a hindrance to your life purpose. The concept might seem obvious but somehow hidden none the less.

Personal growth, or rather actualizing your highest potential and becoming the best version of yourself, requires shedding off and letting go of things which are not authentically in line with your Soul agenda rather than putting in a lot of effort to learn or acquire something else. It’s energy-wasting spending hours, days and weeks trying to relearn habits, boosting your confidence, visualizing your goals, improving your creativity, doing soul searching, etc without first simplifying your life.
Yes all these things and others are important personal development tools but I have realized that by doing one thing – engaging in a path of Simple Living – will make everything else effortless. This is particularly true to your goal of self-actualization or becoming the best You.

So in a way, if we only tried to make life simpler and nothing else, it’s already a hundredfold better than trying hard to do other self-improvement stuff –– some of which perhaps fail, we give up on or take us a lot of persistence and struggle to achieve. I strongly believe that the message of Simple Living is a very important one and here are some of the reasons why:
Less Noise & Clutter:

In an online course I created about Simple Living, one of the most important lectures is one which has to do with clearing and decluttering spaces. Not just physical spaces around us (although this is also important) but our inner spaces too. In a way living a simpler life means managing your time and space better. Very often our spaces become cluttered and disordered, making life more difficult than it has to be.
On a physical level, this can be seen in cluttered living or working spaces, rooms in our homes or perhaps disorganized drawers, closets and desks. On an emotional and psychological level, this manifests as mental noise, unclear paths of action, conflicting ideas and lack of a clear purpose. So decluttering our inner and outer spaces will literally clear the obstructions for us (or others: hint) to move freely through them and this will resonate on all other levels of our life. Clearly there is much more to decluttering than routine – it is a way of opening up to life.
Understanding what is Relevant:
Another important concept of simple living is understanding what is necessary vs. what isn’t. It is about distinguishing between our real needs and socially suggested wants. Of course everyone is able to distinguish between the two but we don’t most of the time because we live in a collective trance of consumerism and mass media.
When we start becoming more aware of how much our actions and decisions are influenced by society and culture, we start standing back from it all. It becomes more and more clear that a lot of the things we were made to believe were needs are nothing more than wants and we can do without because they are not authentic to our purpose. This clarity brings with it a sense of power and freedom. In itself it is the spirit of simple living.
So in a nutshell living simply involves being clear about what is relevant, necessary and needed rather than living in a haze or worse living out a social program just like automatons.
Finding Authenticity:

The last point naturally brings forth a more interesting topic – that of living an authentic life. But what does living an authentic life really mean? In my view, living authentically means not being limited or confined to live out someone else’s life or a social template laid down to us through our socialization. It means being free of the fear of being judged or disapproved of by your peers and authorities. It means being free to follow your passions and purpose without being infected by those fear-based thoughts transmitted by others.
Creating Space for Inner Creativity:

Of course authenticity walks hand in hand with creativity. It is natural that creativity requires a degree of freedom from constraints and limited thinking. Free-thinker, artists and bohemians are considered to be creative because they live outside the norms and behavioural rules of society. They are often nonconformists because of this reason. But more importantly, creativity arises when there is enough space for it to flow through and also here I mean inner and outer space.
So having a simplified and clear environmental and inner spaces is conducive to more creativity. The reverse is also true. Try to work in a messy store room with machinery noise going on and see whether creativity comes knocking on your door!
Life Purpose in Focus:

People often ask me how is it that they can find their life purpose. Many times I jokingly reply that they are asking the wrong person since it took me a long while to discover mine but I know that a good part of the answer lies in simplicity. In other words, the less physical, mental and emotional obstructions one has in life, the more clear his or her life purpose comes into focus. There is no real mystery here.
The perfect analogy to vision is obvious. If you try to look for something – say your TV remote control in a disorganized and overcrowded room – it is going to be more difficult then if there was nothing else in the room besides the remote control. In this scenario, the more you start shedding away the junk and stuff in the room, the better are the chances that what you are looking for comes into view. Same thing with your life purpose. If you are trying to be approved by others by living other people’s goals and standards, the less chance you have of coming close to understand what is authentically your life purpose.
On the other hand, with less obstructions along the way, what genuinely drives you becomes clearer, which brings me to the next point.
Understanding Yourself and Motivations:

Finding your life purpose might not always be a direct result of simplifying your life although a lot of times it is. Sometimes simplifying life brings us first closer to understanding ourselves and our inner motivations which then sheds more light on our true purpose.
Sometimes our motivations and drives are not clear because very often the mind and heart are in conflict or out of sync. With simplicity comes less noise and conflict which in turn makes it easier to have a better understanding of ourself and our motivations.
More Time or Better Management of It:

The natural companion to decluttering spaces is managing our time better. Admittedly, I was always at a loss when it comes to managing my time. But then I found that time is much easier to manage when you take away all those things, chores, pressures and activities which server no purpose. In reality when you are living a simpler life, time management is not so much of an issue anymore.  Time management is more relevant when you are bombarded with a thousand chores and activities, the hallmark of a complicated and stress-laden modern lifestyle.
Simple living is moving in the opposite direction to this. So when you are doing only those things and activities which springs out from an authentic sense of passion and belonging, time management is simpler. Of course some time management skills still apply even in simple living – in fact in my course I have also reserved space for this – but it is not the rat-race time management sort of thing; it’s more of a further optimization to an already focused and simple life.
